2. 塗料の選択によって様々な色の演出が可能で、色あせたり変色したりすることなく長持ちする。

3. 継ぎ目のない長いパネルの施工が可能で、漏水の危険性が少ない。

4. 重量が軽くて(粘土瓦やコンクリート瓦の約1/10)施工時間が短く経済的で、耐震性に優れる。

5. 結露防止のためにPolyethylene Foamを付着できる。
